Sunday Sessions is our wellness ritual- an offering to the community to relax, freely express, connect with nature & one another, and listen to music that feeds the soul.
We embrace collaboration- sharing ideas, information, practices, services, and goods that uplift our wellness and creativity.
All are welcome, but black people are centered.
